I stayed here on a trip to Disney Resort.
I was worried about the lack of a shuttle bus, but it was only three stops to Maihama and only a few minutes' walk from the station, so it wasn't too much of a hassle.
The area around the station has a calm a**osphere, and there are supermarkets, convenience stores, and bento shops that are open until late, which was great!
The room itself wasn't particularly large, but it had the bare minimum of amenities, which was nice.
If I could be greedy, as other reviews have said, it would be nice to have one more breakfast option. I stayed for three nights, and it was all the same, so I got a little bored. (The bento consisted of rice balls, sausages, meatballs, grilled fish, and pickles.)

The facilities are relatively old and the rooms are not ventilated, so the smell of air freshener is always there. The biggest problem is hygiene. The bedding is not clean. Choose carefully.
