The map displayed is incorrect. Password is required for the entrance, but the hotel didn't email or contact me for any information. No receptionist at the hotel, and no one pick up for the phone number . I couldn't contact anyone or enter the hotel as I arrived on time. I eventually got help from other residents to enter the room. No slippers and tooth brush in the room. No one from the hotel contact me even I found Trip.com to get involved. Horrible experience. Highly not recommended.
