The pillows are a bit high. The bed is very comfortable. I don't feel sore when I wake up like in some hotels. The carpet is a bit dirty. Everything else is fine. The housekeeping didn't clean it up on the last day. I also forgot to take the big bag of snacks I bought and left it on the sofa when I checked out.
