Bad customer service. The guy I talked to the iPad was so rude. The word, expression, tone or body language was super rude. Worst experience ever. The super lock door was broken

This might be the worst “hotel” — or more accurately, motel — I’ve ever stayed at. The check-in process was unnecessarily complicated. There’s no actual receptionist on-site, just an iPad connected to a remote staffer (most of whom struggle with English), which made the whole process frustrating and time-wasting. The room? TINY. I booked a twin bed room and there was literally no space to open my suitcase. Sheets were not changed once during my entire week-long stay. Cleaning was done just once, and towels were only replaced then. Garbage wasn’t collected unless I emailed them to request it — daily. The air conditioner barely worked, made loud noises, and the room was always stuffy. The blinds don’t shut properly, so good luck sleeping past dawn. Oh, and the bed and pillow were rock-hard — zero comfort, and only one paper-thin pillow was provided. The checkout experience was the cherry on top — staff started banging on the door exactly at 10AM, yelling and pointing for me to leave. Rude beyond belief. They also don’t offer luggage storage unless you pay ¥1000 per bag. The only upside is its proximity to Honjo Azumabashi Station, but honestly, that’s nowhere near enough to make up for how awful the stay was. Rating: 0/10. Never again.

So difficult to register passports online. A very nice simple clean and comfortable stay in a great location but check in being online is quite troublesome.

When going into the hotel building, we need to input password given by hotel thru email/ message in advance, while since there is no one to serve over there, we need to make the check-in ourselves but can made call to their staff (maybe central office) if having trouble during check-in. We booked the panda room but it's really small and tiny, our luggage (24inch x 2pcs) was unable to open completely, but it's acceptable with this hotel price. However, I may not choose this room again as it's really small and no staff on-site for immediate support. **Attached a nice photo taken when we walking to the hotel, some of the rooms seems can have this view but not mine.

It's a man-less hotel, even the concierge is just 3 tablets for self check in / out. Therefore I'm marking it 3/5 for service as service staff is literally non-existence lol 😂 The self check in requires a short video call via the tablet for the staff to perform some verification, but the staff did not speak English which made it an issue. He didn't explain clearly either and we were left on hold. Hotel room is super compact but for the price paid, I think it's worth it. There's a tiny wardrobe that fits only 4 hanging apparel 😂 The in-room fridge was practically not cold even though I made sure it was switched on. Suggestion to hotel: drill some hooks on the walls for hanging of jackets! The hotel has no common facility, usually we don't wash our clothes when we travel but when we wanted to, we realized there's no laundry machine. No microwave or oven either. Suggestion to hotel: have a common area for such amenities on level 1 since it's restricted access for hotel guests only anyway. Location is very convenient! Just a 5-10 minute walk from Honjo-Azumabashi station, Asakusa line, which is very convenient as this is also a direct line for the airport express train. Also, we saw many photo reviews of cute panda amenities but we were not given any. Probably because we booked the cheap room (low floor with no sky tower view) thus the differential treatment 😂😂 I personally didn't like that we were treated differently due to lower price paid
