It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Shinjuku Station. It is very convenient to take JR or the bus nearby. There is a convenience store downstairs where you can store your luggage. The service is OK. If you run out of toothpaste, you have to go to the front desk to get it. The trash is changed every day.

The room was good overall. Cleaning is done every three days. If you only stay for two nights, the room will not be cleaned, but the staff will come to change the towels in the room the next morning. They will knock on the door to ask, and will not enter the room without permission. The wifi is fast, there are kettles and hair dryers, the windows are thick and the sound insulation is good.
