The Share Hotels Lyuro Tokyo Kiyosumi Reviews

I'd been curious about this hotel for a while and booked it last minute. Since it's a bit far from the city center, I might not have chosen it without a specific reason. It's a short walk from Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, but the path isn't one where your luggage wheels would make a lot of noise, so it wasn't a bother. The evening terrace was also very pleasant! The staff were polite, and despite its compact size, it didn't feel cramped. The sounds from the shower and hairdryer weren't particularly noticeable, and the dormitory was clean. The shared space having an electric kettle and microwave was also a plus. However, even with the electric kettle and water server, there were no cups, so I couldn't enjoy the complimentary tea, coffee, or hot water, which was a shame. I assume there are no paper cups to reduce waste, but it would be great if this was noted somewhere so I could bring my own.

Staffs are friendly, The view from terrace was amazing. Clean and tidy everywhere but bit far from every station.

The surroundings are beautiful, and the decor is lovely too. I was a bit nervous about staying in a mixed dorm for the first time, but it turned out fine; everyone was quiet and kept to themselves. There aren't many beds, only about a dozen in that one mixed-gender dorm. The transportation definitely isn't as convenient as staying in the city center, but it's a good option if you plan to explore the surrounding area. On the day I left, I had a few new bug bites. I'm not sure if they were from the accommodation or somewhere else, so I didn't give it five stars.

The place was a bit out of the way from anything important but everything else was amazing. Other guests were kind and the place was well ordered, it’s great if you are on a budget!

The large windows offered a relaxing view of the river. The bed was spacious and comfortable. I also really enjoyed the craft goods for sale at the front desk.

Excellent service, spotlessly clean rooms, incredibly friendly staff, and stunning views. A perfect place to stay. If I ever return to Japan, this will absolutely be my top choice for accommodation!

Nice and quiet small hotel. Located on the river. Has laundry room. A bit of a walk to the nearest subway.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Location is really convenient and quite close to bus station to airport. City center is also at walking distance

At the on-site restaurant, I enjoyed two types of specialty beer along with ajillo, mixed nuts, and pickles as snacks. I also made good use of the 2,000 yen discount voucher I received at check-in, which was valid for orders over 6,000 yen!

This hostel is on the other side of a river to Tokyo City Air Terminal, a bus terminal of the airport limousine bus. There are bus services to and from both Haneda and Narita, which is convenient for solo travellers, as you can just walk to the bus terminal. Of course you can use taxi to get to the hotel/hostel. I found that there are always a few taxis, nearby on the quiet street leading to the hotel/hostel.

Great hotel, very comfortable. It is in the quiet part of town, and right on the river so you can see the Skytree in the distance when you are on the deck. It's a really nice environment and I stayed here a few times when I stayed in Tokyo. you can find places to eat and convenience stores nearby as well, so it's not too bad. The subway line closest to the hotel goes through the city so it's quick to get to most places.

This hotel is very clean and very hospitable. Metro station within walkable distance, around 10-15 mins walking. Things that i really like; they offer one-time free coffee, cheap and cashless laundry, really3 clean and nice environment. We got private kitchen, shower and restroom for every floor; not like other hostel which I had to go downstairs to take a shower. Overall, I recommend this hotel and looking forward to stay here again when I come back to Japan.

For the space it was very convient and clean. Would recommend for solo travelers

The staff was really helpful and everything was great. You need to walk a bit to the station, but if you don't mind that, it is a wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend.
