Very cost-effective. Take Skyline from Narita Airport to Ueno Station and transfer to Ginza Line for 1 stop.
It takes about 4 minutes to walk to the station. The front desk staff can speak Mandarin. The room is clean.
Satisfactory. It's right next to the Ginza Line. You can use up all your subway passes. The only drawback is that there are only rooms nearby.

The room is spacious and clean, and has everything you need. When you open the door, there is a sky tree view!
The hotel is conveniently located and there is a 24-hour supermarket nearby. You are not afraid of getting hungry in the middle of the night. It is highly recommended for solo travelers. I will choose ELE again next time I go to Tokyo👍🏻

Room cleaning service is not provided as standard. There weren't enough towels so I had to dry them before using them, which was inconvenient.
The hotel was very small and offered minimal service.
There was nothing satisfying about being able to walk from the station.
The hotel has no facilities other than lodging, so it is considered a one-star hotel.
