I used it the night before heading to Haneda Airport.
The location is excellent, so you won't have any trouble finding dinner or breakfast.

Good location near the station for early morning flight. Hotel room is a little small, typical of Japan. There is no tea or coffee, just a kettle in the room. We only wanted a hotel close to Haneda Airport. It fitted our requirements. There are plenty of shops and restaurants close by. It was good for that. I wouldn't want to stay for long term trip.
