Although this is my first time visiting this place, the overall staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. It's a good place to go with children, and the location is also good as Skytree and Solamachi in front of the accommodation can be enjoyed to their heart's content as there are many things to see (shopping, performances) and food even if you visit without a plan.
I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Tokyo haha.
I am very satisfied as it is safe and quiet for walking around late at night with children.
