The room is really small but everything is fully functional and clean. The hotel is located middle of several train stations with express train to Narita. Overall very convenient with plenty of food around.

位置優越，去成田機場方便，周圍吃飯喝酒的地方多。有入住甜品，可能地板有點黏的原因吧。房間不算小，有落地窗能看街景，如果有吸煙的房間就更好了

Great location at a good price. It is next to lots of restaurants, bars, and other entertainment. Still few blocks from Ueno station and close to lake for more a walk.
It will be noisy and full of bar girls and drunk people late at night. There are two entey door cros and got confused but the door next to seven11 is not the one for checking in. (See picture)
Hotel room is very smaller than most hotel.

My room was non refundable, booked room for several nights, but I had some urgent things and i had to leave. Liked my stay there. Will defenetly book next time. Room is quite spacious. There is airpurifier. There is a view from the window to the main street.

Location wise is really good as it is within walking distance to 3 different station (including direct train to Narita). The room is really small (which is normal in Tokyo) and it is quite noisy at night time. The only surprise was only 1 child can stay free on the bedroom so we had to pay additional fees upon checking in for our second child even though there is no extra bed requested and no clear rules mention upon making a booking.

Early check-in is not available even you ask to pay the extra charge. The location is super good. The room is VERY small with this price.
