staff was not well organise . I specifically ask for a lower bunk bed once in the booking and once when I was there and still my request was not granted

The room is quite small and there is no elevator there. If you have a big luggage it might be a bit hard to bring your things upstairs but the staffs are really nice and helpful.

The location is ideal, you can put your luggage first if you arrive early. Cleanliness and service are fine.
The sleeping room is very tight, the aisle is narrow, and the bed is not long enough even for tall people.

It was a comfortable stay. I would like to stay again. We stayed with 4 adults. It was quiet. We stayed for 2 nights without any problems. The staff at the restaurant were young and kind.

The sanitary conditions are a bit poor, because the hotels we stayed in a few days ago were very clean, and there is a slight difference in comparison. The location of this hotel is okay. It's not far or close to Tokyo Station, Sensoji Temple, and Akihabara. You need to walk to the main road to take a bus, and you can also walk there in Akihabara. The stairs are too narrow. People with large suitcases and heavy luggage should not choose this hotel. It is inconvenient to get in and out.
