I thought the double bed might be a little small for my son and I, but it was plenty big enough.
The room also seemed to have been renovated since our last stay, and was very nice and clean.
I also like that it's right near the Yaesu exit of Tokyo Station, so there are multiple lines to use and it's easy to get around.

I am still staying there, but the service is very good and the rooms are clean. The 1800 yen breakfast is more than worth the price. The diced steak is very delicious. If you arrive early, you can easily store your luggage in the locker system. The room amenities are minimal, but just right. The access from Tokyo Station is also excellent, and I would like to use it again.
