Great location near akabane station South Gate with 3min walk. Nearby lawson and many restaurants. The cleansing service will be arrange on day 4 morning for eco-reason.

nice location

The room is decent and nice. The hotel can consider to install two or three hangers in the toilet area for hanging big towels. Overall the staffs are well trained but when I asked whether the hotel can help me to get a taxi as i have several luggages, the staff just asked me to go the taxi stand nearby. I think the hotel at this level could help book a taxi for the customers?

It is 5 minutes away from Akabane Station and is very convenient👍🏻The staff in the lobby are very helpful. Even if they don't understand the language, they don't show any impatience when checking whether the package has arrived.

The room is small, and the suitcase cannot be opened on the floor. It can only be opened on the bed. The space is a corridor. All toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers are taken downstairs. The hotel is not far from Akabane Station. Exit the east exit and turn right to Don Quixote and walk about 50 meters. The hotel has free afternoon tea in the lobby bar from 3 to 5 pm, with wine, drinks, coffee, tea, desserts, snacks, etc.

Very good value for money hotel. The passageway in the first double bed room I was assigned was relatively narrow, making it really difficult to carry a medium-sized suitcase. Although the hotel front desk staff initially said that the hotel was fully booked and it would be difficult to arrange a room change, they still worked hard to help me find one. Then I found another room with double beds, but the passage was wider, so I was very satisfied with the front desk service. The hotel is clean and tidy overall. The shower room is spacious and rare in Japan. It is not the kind of bathroom that contains a box. There are a variety of daily necessities at the front desk for guests to pick up, and all basic needs are provided. The breakfast selection is quite rich and the quality is good. The restaurant is small but the environment is very comfortable. The location is very good. It's only a two- to three-minute walk from Akabane. It's easy to find, and food and shopping can be found nearby. Akaban Station’s rail network is also very convenient! The only thing that needs to be considered is that, as mentioned in other reviews of Steamed Fish, the small street where the hotel is located has many entertainment venues. If you are a single girl returning home at night, it may be a bit scary - although I have seen quite a few girls staying there! The overall accommodation experience is very satisfactory. If the price is at this level next time I go to Tokyo, I will consider staying here again.

Good hotel overall, however contrary to what is indicated in the advertisement there is no private bathroom, only a public bath and an upstairs bathroom. Very disappointing on this point

The hotel is very convenient and very close to Akabane Jr. The hotel has a self-service check-in machine and the staff are friendly and courteous. The room is of sufficient size and the decoration is warm and comfortable It's very comfortable to stay in. It's a hotel I will choose again.

The male waiter at the front desk has a cold attitude and has no warm service attitude towards foreigners. Will not be returning.
