Service is very very bad 😡😡😡, if you check out early you can't sit in the lobby waiting for your friend to pick you up. I had to sit on the stairs and wait for my friend to pick me up. They will kick you out of there. Think carefully before booking here.

The beds in the capsule hotel have become peeling after a long time. You can't change the bed at will even if it is available. Even if you say there is a problem with that room, bathing is charged according to the time. It is considered a hidden charge. It is 200 yen for 30 minutes, but no one is hot at all. It’s a waste of money and I won’t go there again next time

There is no ventilation in the capsule, and activities rely on public spaces. Public spaces are cleaned less frequently at night. It is about a five-minute walk from the east exit of Shinjuku Station. Although it has little impact on the museum, the area is a bit busy and lively at night. There are many check-in regulations, but they are all designed to provide a suitable environment for different guests, so as long as they understand each other.

I'm happy that it's located in Kabukicho! It's very beautiful and I always use it when I come here. I can recommend it

It was the first time I went to the Calsul Hotel, and it was quiet and nice. And it's very, very clean, and the location is right next to Don Quixote in Shinjuku, so the location is great!! It was nice to have a separate smoking room.
