Hotel Maruchu Classico

I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights, and the value for money was unbeatable. If you're a solo traveler just looking for a place to sleep, this is perfect. There's a public bath, but it seems to be segregated by gender and time slots, so you might miss the chance to use it depending on your timing. The showers are available 24/7, so if a shower is fine, then it's no problem. Towels, bath towels, gowns, and toothbrushes cost extra if you want to use them, but you can save money by bringing your own. Each floor has shared washrooms and toilets. The washrooms also have a microwave and kettle, so you can heat up bentos or eat instant noodles. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from Minami-Senju Station, with two convenience stores within a 3-minute walk and a supermarket within a 5-minute walk. Depending on your destination, you might have many train transfers. This isn't an issue if you're used to train transfers or can use Google Maps. It takes about 45 minutes by train to central Tokyo, and it's best to allow extra time due to rush hour.

I stayed for three nights. It's a short walk from the station, but it wasn't too much of a problem. I was glad that I could use the large public bath and showers.

It's a shame there's no shower or toilet in the room. The large public bath is nice, but the times are separated for men and women. It's fine for business use. I'd like to stay here again.
