The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very warm and helpful. The service was excellent, the room facilities were complete, and there were plenty of great food options nearby with convenient transportation. I'll definitely come back next time.

This is my second time staying at Via Inn hotels...our towels are changed every day, the rooms are spacious, you can get facial cleansers, toothbrushes, disposable razors, coffee at the reception...there is also a scale where you can check the weight of your suitcase before your flight, which is very important. The hotel also has a laundry room, washing and drying costs 400 yen...there is a 7Eleven at the entrance. The street where the hotel is located is full of cafes and restaurants, the stations are not far, you need 3 to 4 stops to Shibuya depending on which station you get off at...this hotel will be my first choice in the future...tnx

I had a pleasant stay at Via Inn Asakusa overall, although it is a bit far from the nearest metro station, which can be slightly inconvenient when traveling around the city. The hotel provided complimentary masks. A big plus is the 7-Eleven conveniently located in the same building

We, a family of three with a two-year-old, came to Tokyo and found this hotel to be excellent. There's a 7-Eleven right downstairs, which is super convenient for grabbing things. The subway station is also very close, just a 3-5 minute walk. If you head right out of the hotel, you'll find plenty of food options, including ********* and Korean cuisine. The breakfast was simple but very clean and hygienic. We booked a room with a 1.5-meter bed, which was perfectly fine for two adults and our child. Getting to the airport by taxi only took about 25-30 minutes, which was very convenient. We would definitely choose this hotel again for our next visit.

This was my second stay, and it was good overall, though not as perfect as the first time. Even though I booked the same room type, the front desk didn't follow my notes, so I had to go back and get a different room, which was okay. Overall, it's still a great place.
