I used it for three consecutive nights. I was nervous as it was my first time using a facility like this, but the communication beforehand was smooth and pleasant. The room was clean, the bed was big, and it was more comfortable than a hotel. I was disappointed that the toaster was extremely dirty, but other than that I am generally satisfied. I would like to use it again.

Good location: Sakurashinmachi Station itself is within 10 minutes from Shibuya, so it is easily accessible. 3. Adequate infrastructure: There are not only convenience stores but also small marts nearby, so it is convenient to go out and buy food. disadvantage 1. Ambiguous location: It is true that the location is ambiguous, about a 10-minute walk from Sakurashinmachi Station and a 15-minute walk from Komazawa Daigaku Station. 2. Lack of explanation: When looking at Trip.com, it was difficult to prepare because there was no detailed information about the interior fixtures and facilities. 3. Limitations of facilities: Since it is not a hotel, there is no housekeeping, so if you stay for a long time, you will have to wash your own towels. You must also separate and collect waste yourself. Everything you need is in this apar**ent. Washing machine, iron, ironing board a little small but deserves to be there. Too bad no small cooking oven. No box spring for the bed and therefore mattress a little tight. No elevator. Excellent price/quality level. Well located near shops and restaurants. I had a very unpleasant feeling when I first checked in. The self-service check-in was OK. The room key was placed in the mini safe. The password was locked and it was confirmed that it was unlocked. I had to ask for the password several times before unlocking it. It was a cold night and the cold wind blew for more than an hour before I had to go into the room.
