Overall, I'm satisfied. It's in the center of Kabukicho, and the surrounding area is noisy at night. There are drunks who will make noise. I don't know if it's safe or not. The room is Japanese-style, and the sanitation is OK, including a separate toilet and washroom. It is not bad to have a separate toilet in Japan at this price. The atmosphere was overwhelming, including tatami mats and Japanese-style landscaping (stone). The bathroom was especially impressive and fun.
The price was even cheap.
We ordered curry delivery on the first day, but it came so quickly that they even took it for us. You are really kind and nice.
Please consider convenience as well.
In particular, is this famous entertainment district in Japan around here? There are a lot of restaurants that are open late at night, so it's nice to look around.

This is a fine place for a night or two. The futon mattresses were a bit thin, but again, fine for an evening. There's a mini fridge and kettle in the room and the staff were kind enough to store our luggage all day long, even after we checked out.

Rooms were grimy, moldy, and stained. The staff spoke no English and were not very helpful. Smoke from prior guests saturated the room. Truly a gross experience. This hotel is only distinguishable from the others in the neighborhood because it does not offer an hourly rate.
