My family, who had been back to Japan for the first time in a while, stayed here. They had to check in by themselves, and it seemed like they had trouble entering their details, but other than that it was comfortable. They were flying to Haneda, but it was close to the airport, so they enjoyed just being around the hotel. We chose a plan that included breakfast, and they were happy to be able to choose from several nearby cafes.

Hotel is conveniently co-located with the train station and a shopping mall, making it easy to travel around and get your food/souvenirs. Facilities are new and check-ins are made easy with self-help kiosks. Do note that only 2 pillows are provided even with 2 guests so request for extra pillows early to avoid running out of pillows.

I stayed here temporarily for one night on my first night in Tokyo. The hotel is in a good location. The entrance to the hotel is right outside the Omori Station gate, and it is also connected to the shopping mall, making travel very convenient. The hotel is relatively new, but the room is still relatively small for two people, so it is most suitable for a single person on business. However, I have to praise the sound insulation.
