E Hotel Higashi Shinjuku Reviews

The room is super small. And not too clean. Some room stuffs are old and yellow stained. No accessible microwave but have coin laundry at lv4. Got subway station right next to it so good location.

We really enjoyed the stay over this hotel and definitely would rebook and rejoice when we travel back to Tokyo in future. Strategic location (not to mention Lawson, FM, restaurants & station entrance in walking distance, & even the famous Tsukiji Outer Market), friendly hotel staffs, and my wife was actually impressed with the vintage furniture available in the room. ❤️ Ya, my little son had his good time taking bath in the spacious bathtub. 😂

The room is extremely small, and the sounds of the ambulance are incredibly annoying, just like what other travelers have commented.

If compare to the price this hotel have all that you needed. Staff can use english quite well. If you didn't expect to have that much service just to sleep then I would recommend this hotel. Because the room is quite small so it will be a bit hard to pack things if you use large luggage.

Check-in and check-out was smooth! We were also able to leave our luggages with the hotel before and after, which was great. Amenities and room space were true to the hotel descriptions but definitely good enough if you’re using it just to rest. We liked the location - near enough to the main Shinjuku area (15-20 min walk), but quieter around the hotel area. Higashi-Shinjuku station is also right at the hotel’s doorstep, closer to the Oedo line, super convenient. All-in-all, decent budget-friendly hotel with good access to public transport :)

Everything was great but luggage cannot be open fully. It’s good for one person but difficult for two. But service was great and efficient. Can store your luggage.

Very close to the subway and the nigtt life of Tokio city. Cheap hotel

Hotel is less than 50m to Higashi-Shinjuku train station via exit 1A. Double room is suitable for single. Best if only 1 luggage. Room is really small. E Hotel is near to an ambulance or fire engineer station, therefore u will always hear the siren Other than that should be fine

Quite surprise that the receptionist is impatient when customer asking any check in time. Location is ok.

Nice hotel. Under the hotel, there are Lawson and Tully Cafe. Higashi Shinjuku Station just beside the hotel. But, the room is quite small for 2 adults and 1 kid.
