首先説缺點：
1.房間不提供瓶裝水。
2.房間衞生3天打掃一次，不打掃的日子衹換毛巾和垃圾袋。
3.房間裏一股怪味，貌似是日曬太厲害的塑料味道，像狐臭一樣。開窗通風了半天終於消下去一點。湊合住吧。
4.臨近高架，不開窗沒噪音，開窗噪音還是蠻厲害的。
再説優點：
1.離地鐵站茅場町非常近，7號出口拐個彎就到，周邊有全家，吉野家，一個烏冬麪店（味道一般），非常便利。
2.房間16cm，相對來説空間不是特別狹窄的那種，打開28寸行李箱沒問題。
3.雙人間的床並在一起，睡下2大1小還挺寬裕，床頭還有空間放下凳子，可以放衣服。

這個酒店位置一流，真的是超級方便，去築地，銀座，六本木，虎之門，中目黑不用轉。去機場，淺草寺也很方便。非常適合控制成本的人，性價比高。樓下就有便利店和拉麪店，吃飯也很方便。

Room is too small, ad expensive given the size but i guess its Tokyo. Many small amenities available is a plus.

駅から大変近く、ロビーから直結でファミリーマートに行けるので、2泊とも雨だったのですが、ほぼ濡れることもなく最高の立地でした！
またぜひ利用したいです！
