This stay in Japan was the worst experience. We chose a hotel in Shinbashi because it was close to the exhibition site. We accepted the high price during the cherry blossom season. However, we arrived at 2 o'clock and were not allowed to check in. They said we could check in at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Now we have to pay 1200 Dan difference to check in. We can only wait until 2:55 to start processing.
Requested a non-smoking room, but was told that there was no room. The room smelled of smoke and could not be changed.
The quality of breakfast was very poor. You could choose between a Japanese and an American. The cost was enough to eat a bento nearby.
