But for a business hotel, it's good; cleanliness is key. The room offered a view of Mount Fuji, and the location is excellent with a subway station right downstairs. There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the airport shuttle stops right outside.

The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and looks much newer. The west-facing garden view rooms offer a view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk from Shinjuku Station and the Shinjuku business district, which isn't super close but still acceptable.

My stay was a terrible experience. The first two nights were booked directly on the Hyatt website, and I used a suite upgrade voucher.
