Great stay! The self-check-in staff was alert and quickly helped us with the kiosks. The location right next to Shinagawa Station is perfect for exploring Tokyo, though the train station layout takes a bit of time to figure out. Despite ongoing construction outside, our room was perfectly quiet thanks to excellent soundproofing. A covered walkway to the station would make this hotel flawless."

Stayed at Shinagawa Prince Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is definitely the biggest advantage. Being right next to Shinagawa Station makes it incredibly convenient for travelling around Tokyo, taking the Shinkansen, and accessing both airports. The hotel also offers plenty of facilities, restaurants, shops, and everything you may need during your stay. As one of the larger hotels in Tokyo, it can feel very crowded with tourists and visitors throughout the day. There were a few occasions where language barriers led to some miscommunication, and at times I felt that foreign guests might receive slightly different treatment, although this may simply have been my personal impression. That being said, the staff were generally professional and helpful. If you are respectful and patient, everything usually goes smoothly. Considering the location, facilities, and reasonable room rates, I feel this hotel offers good value for money and is a practical choice for anyone visiting Tokyo. I would stay here again mainly because of the convenience and excellent location. 🇯🇵🏨✨

Accessibility is good, just across the road from Shinagawa station. Breakfast is widespread. Better to go at 6am when it starts. Thereafter, it's a long queue just waiting to go in.

This hotel has everything you need inside:)) you don’t really need to leave. Anyhow, outside hotel you don’t have much options except going to the station and leave towards action areas. The single issue was finding the cleaning button:))) because the wood thing you can leave on the door.. I still don’t understand the meaning of it. Haha. It was a comfortable stay. I tried a dinner up at the hotel, the highest issue they all restaurants including the top bar! They all close by 10 pm. Who is having a cocktail before 10 pm? Anyway, I could never make it to try their bar as they close way to early! At least 12:00 am it should be more than fine for a hotel! In the back of the hotel is the aquarium, if u stay here , you must go see the dolphin show, incredible, and u got a discount as a hotel guest.

Rooms are small and old. I only stay for a night. The location is near to shinagawa station. Quite easy to reach from haneda airport

Though the hotel is old one and the equipmemt in room service is not so updated, but the location very convenient very near Shinagawa station and other scenery place. It has 7-11 convenient shop inside facilitate buying . I am very satisfying with the breakfast buffet and the food court in the hotel

Location wise, Shinagawa prince hotel located near the Shinagawa station, so you are basically can travel anywhere without any hassle, reallyy JR lines (Yamanote Line) even Natrita Express and Shinkansen all passing by this station. The hotel it self is pretty big, they have so many tower (i stayed in Annex Tower) there are so many things to do inside this hotel, there is a bar, a cinema, shopping centre, a 7-11, a bowling area, aquarium, you name it 😄. The room i booked also pretty spacious, it can fit 3 people and our big luggage. With a great view toward the city (the are a huge window). The aminities is pretty ok (hotel standard) they also offer a drip coffee (which taste really good) that they refill every day (you can ask more if you want). And the price for a night at this hotel is quite a steall it is not the cheapest hotel in tokyo nor the most expensive one. Overall i enjoyed my stay there and didn’t regret spending my money to stay there. Would definitely come back again to this place.
