I always choose this hotel when I go to Tokyo. It has a great location, right next to Shinjuku Station, and is very convenient to the surrounding cities. There is a passage that goes directly to Takashimaya across the street, so you can go upstairs to rest when you are tired of shopping. The room size is not small in Tokyo. Although it is an old hotel, it is well maintained. It provides a full range of POLA skin care products and comfortable pajamas, which is very considerate. You don't have to bring your own. There are 4 sets of bath towels, which makes me very satisfied. I don't have to call for extra towels.
