Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay, giving it 4.8/5 stars. The hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to walk to the subway station and major attractions. The front desk staff were professional and enthusiastic, and they proactively helped upgrade my room. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Although it faced the street, the soundproofing was excellent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices. A special thanks to the concierge for their help in arranging the secure delivery of my luggage. I highly recommend this hotel for both business travelers and tourists.
The hotel exceeded my expectations. I'm usually not one to write reviews unless an experience is exceptionally bad or incredibly good, in which case I feel compelled to express my gratitude. I booked my room quite late, and the Richmond I usually stay at in Tokyo had become ridiculously expensive. Luckily, I caught a Trip.com 919 promotion and booked a 4-night stay.
Normally, I wouldn't choose an Ibis Styles in my home country, but this Tokyo Ibis Styles is even better than the Mercure hotels under the Accor brand. My experience at the Mercure in Kyoto was frankly abysmal; I'll be sure to review just how terrible the Mercure Kyoto Station hotel is later.
Service: The check-in was handled by a Chinese gentleman, and both he and the other front desk staff provided excellent service. On our last night, my child coughed and vomited in their sleep, dirtying the pillow, sheets, and duvet cover. I went down in the middle of the night to ask for help changing the duvet cover, and the front desk staff immediately moved us to a new room. I'm so incredibly grateful! They helped me change the bedding in the middle of the night and then moved us to a different room – I truly appreciate it.
Cleanliness: It was very clean, bright, and spotless, even impressing my germaphobic Virgo tendencies.
Transportation: Very convenient, with several subway stations nearby, making it easy to access different lines.
I'd definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The welcome wreath at the entrance added a lovely, ceremonial touch. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and attentive. Stepping into the room and seeing the beautiful, distant view of Tokyo Bay instantly lifted my spirits. For added convenience, a shuttle service is available during morning and evening peak hours to Disneyland, DisneySea, and Shin-Urayasu Station. While Shin-Urayasu Station is about a 1.3 km walk from the hotel, it's also just a two-stop bus ride away.
