Hotel Indigo is right at the centre of Shibuya so great place for shopping and site seeing. We had asked for an extra bed when we booked as we are a family of three but the extra bed was not available when we arrived. However, the room was big enough for the three of us by Tokyo standards and was clean and well presented. The staff were helpful and we were allowed to leave our luggage at reception and then check in an hour earlier as we arrived early. There were two nice coffee bars at the entrance of the building and also a supermarket for late night snacks.
