Great hotel. Excellent customer service. Near the train station. Room is clean and new. WiFi is good. If you are staying in the superior room, do ask for the Mt Fuji view. We stayed on the 19th floor and we can view the beautiful Mt Fuji from our room.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, very close to Ikebukuro station, supermarkets, shopping areas. Next to the hotel there is a 24-hour mini market. My room is quite spacious, with complete facilities. There is a money exchange machine, microwave and ice machine in front of the reception. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied staying here and will return to stay here in the future.

The service staff are very attentive. If you check out before 11 o'clock on the last day, your luggage can still be stored at the counter. I have a flight at 10 o'clock in the evening and it is very convenient to go back to the counter to pick it up after 5 o'clock. There will be cleaning and towel changing for you every day of your stay, and the laundry is self-service on the 3/7/10th floor.

It is a hotel opened in front of Ikebukuro Higashiguchi station in February 2021. On the second floor of the hotel, there is a delicious restaurant called Heart, but if you ask for a hotel breakfast plan, you can eat a freshly baked fluffy sufrepan cake here. It was available. Anyway, all the heart meals were delicious, so if you stay, I would definitely recommend a plan with this breakfast buffet. Even if you stay overnight, there is a convenience store on the １ floor, so it is not troublesome for eating. It may be good for those who want to stay cheap at a little. And now there is a smoking floor rarely. Other floors are non-smoking, of course, but I think it is a gentle hotel for those who are smoked because there is also a smoking place on the 3 floor. In October 2021, there was a free drop coffee pack at the front desk and a tea pack in the room. Amenities are disposable body towels, kushi, cotton swab, shaver, toothbrush set, shoe cross. The room facilities were empty refrigerators, TVs, wall-mounted pants pressers, dryers, bathtubs, showers, washlets, deodorizing and debacterial agents, shoes, portable chargers, air cleaners, etc. There is no large bath, but the bathtub is oval type and the width is wide, so it feels surprisingly relaxing. It is difficult to see the water scattering on the floor because it is only a 3-point unit. It is necessary to be careful because it slips when it rises if it remains wet. I think this hotel is worthwhile because it can stay at around 4000 yen to 6000 yen per night. If you register with a hotel member (free), you can receive a point addition according to the amount of use, and when you save points, you can exchange it with a free hotel ticket for a series of hotels. Everyone who uses Daiwa Roynet Hotel often It seemed to be in. The point is that even if it is not a reservation from the hotel site directly, a part of the amount can be added from each travel site, so if you enter, you enter the front desk between check-in and out If you do the meeting procedure, you will be added points from the stay at that time. Anyway, reservations can be made directly or from other sites, so I recommend booking the best plan at that time.

We reached hotel around 12+ can’t check in yet so they keep our luggage, we went out for lunch after came back and check in. My wife asked for nice view to the counter staff so he upgraded our room to 36th floor ( free of charge ). We got panoramic view, room was compact but clean and nice City view. We are happy although they didn’t clean for last day. Location was awesome, convenient store at lobby and next to shopping mall. We will come back for sure.

I left my luggage before check-in time and walked out of the area and checked in in the evening, but the luggage I left was already in the room. I don't remember anything other than our hotel that did this at a hotel in this price range. The staff has the image of many foreigners, but there is no problem at all because it is not 々 that is concerned about Japanese. The greeting after check-in is also sent to EV, and it is really staff. The interior is like a hotel in Taiwan and Mainland, with a dark tone wallpaper with a gold leaf accent and a different taste. The unit bath is small and not large enough to relax, but it may be covered by the variety of amenities, likes and dislikes, but I like it. 1F Convenience store 2F Family Restaurant. It's very convenient because it doesn't get wet. Drink too much in the room.

We booked from 26 October to 2 November, our experience there has been nothing but amazing. Even though the staff is able to speak minimal English, they were willing to go out of their way to find out what we need. Such example was, transporting our luggage to the airport as our flight was scheduled in evening. Apart from that, they provided complimentary personal care products (toothbrush, lotion, etc) at the lobby and, it is top-up daily for guest to take. This is really useful especially those who didn't pack any or, wanted to save some luggage space / money for the trip. Understandably, hotels rooms in Tokyo are small so, it wasn't an issue to as there were only two of us for the trip. The room was clean, neat and tidy. The location of the hotel is spot on as it is located at Ikebukuro station making it easy to travel to cities like Asakusa, Akihabara and so on. Additionally, there were 3 convenience store (7-11, FamilyMart & Lawson) nearby which is amazing when you're hungry at night. Although, there isn't washing machine in the hotel, there is one located nearby. It takes about 5 - 8 mins walk to reach to the laundromat. If I ever visit Japan again in the near future, I would definitely book this hotel in Tokyo area! And so should you too! I've also added some photos but, please ignore the mess of the room as I didn't take any room photo. For real, the hotel is definitely slaying. Such a vibe. Periodt.

This hotel is located in the middle, close to the railway traffic, very convenient for our short-term travel, breakfast is very good, there are many types, the room is small, the activity space is crowded, but it is very clean, the furniture is complete, the bed is very hard, it should be a standard Japanese style, Electronic heated toilet seat cushions have become a habit of us, where can I buy them? There are many places to eat nearby, no need to eat in the hotel restaurant, of course, it is also very good.

Stayed a few days after opening a year ago. 2019/10/4 It was a new hotel that was newly opened and was fresh without staying at a hotel that had not been opened so far at that time. It is a little walk from mukaihara station of Ikebukuro station and Arakawa line, but it is convenient because you can walk from the hotel to sunshine city. This 14-story hotel has a coin laundry (3 washing machines below and 3 dryers above) and a beverage vending machine, but there is no large communal bath. Light meals (bread and drinks) are sold at the cafe on the first floor in the morning. The elevator is arranged face-to-face in two interlocking units, made by a new and beautiful Mitsubishi. When boarding from the 1st floor, hold the card key and press the ↑ button while blinking. The interior of the guest room was simple and beautiful because it was just opened. Wi-Fi has a common ID and individual items for each guest room. Both are displayed on the TV screen, but individual objects are displayed on the screen of the mirroring explanation and are difficult to understand. (I tried mirroring, but I couldn't do it after all) Because there is an existing hotel ”Hotel Wing International Ikebukuro” (1989/11 Completion →2000/8 Opening) in the neighborhood that does not have ”select”, I don't think there are many, but be careful of the mistakes.
