If you want the classic exquisite hotel experience, this is the place. They have bell boy, they deliver news paper in the morning, larger bathroom and bedroom space. Also very nice view of the Tokyo. On some rooms, you can see the trains come and go at the Shimbashi Train Station. The hotel is right next to the Shimbashi Train Station, so a great place to get to anywhere in Tokyo. Overall we all loved the stay here.

This review will be hard to write, it's a very nice hotel but I also find it hard to recommend to tourists. Room: The Tokyo Tower view room is very pretty at night. The bed is comfy. I don't like having the closet on the opposite end of the sleeping area though, I find that very inconvenient when packing/getting ready. And for a hotel that opened in 2016, that TV is tiny and needs to be larger. The Aesop products are nice, and come in big bottles with pumps (which I prefer over tiny bottles). They also have the coolest slippers! Service: Concierge helped me reserve dinner, and had confirmation letter ready at check-in. Check-in/out was fast and easy. They offer free HH in lounge, I was pleasantly surprised to find live performance! Food offering during HH is pretty basic, but that's ok because I'd rather be eating in the city anyways. Evening turndown service could be enhanced a bit, may need to borrow a page from your colleagues at Grand Hyatt ;) Location: This is the one thing that truly sucks about this place for tourists. Toranomon Hills is a very business-heavy area, a ghost town after 6 p.m. There's no department stores, no shopping, only two convenience stores nearby, barely any dining options after 9 p.m. To do anything you'll need to get on a subway/taxi from hotel. The walk to the subway station is frankly a little longer than I like, but it's indoor underground which is nice for cold and rainy days. Overall, I would recommend a stay here if you're on a work trip and your office is in the area. Or you just have to check this place off your bucket list because of its design or the room with Tokyo Tower view. As a typical tourist in Tokyo who values convenience and accessibility to restaurants and shopping, I probably won't be back. It's a shame because this place has so much potential if it was in a better area, but I guess you can't have it all!

The hotel is newly opened, everything is new. I checked all the hotels with Tokyo Tower views before, and finally decided to stay here. Before that, I also stayed in the Edition for one night. The experience is that this hotel is much more cost-effective than the Edition. The price of the Edition is doubled, but in fact, the room facilities and the view are almost the same. The only drawback is that the elevator is very, very slow. In addition, the breakfast is not delicious. The breakfast is a menu to choose the staple food, and the remaining snacks are taken at the bar. There are very few choices and they are not delicious. The menu of staple food has not changed for a few days. So if breakfast needs to be paid, I suggest not to order it. It is better to go out to find food. The most convenient is the subway station downstairs, which is directly downstairs. This is also better than the Edition. The Edition needs to go out for a while, and the smoking room here is used by the hotel alone in the lobby. Every time I go there, there is no one, but the Edition is shared with another building, and it takes a distance to walk and there are too many people. In short, the cost-effectiveness is very high, recommended.

The room is nice and quite comfortable. We got a smoking room by my own mistake on booking and they are kind to allow us to switch to a smaller non smoking one. The staff was understanding and helpful despite booking was extremely full. We are very grateful for their help! The hotel is extremely central to Ginza and it’s rare u get such nice hotel there with this price and size! Would come back again.

It is not a short distance from Shinbashi Station, but it is a short distance. Even from Karasumoriguchi Hibiyaguchi Dochika to the hotel, there are restaurants and it is lively. If you walk straight on the main street, you won't get lost. The hotel is new and clean and the staff are kind. There was no amenities cleansing face lotion emulsion in front of the elevator. There is a toothbrush cotton swab in the room. Pajamas are one-piece type. It was good that there were many outlets in various places. There was also USB. The shower is functional and comfortable. The toilet washbasin is also beautiful. I stayed in triple, but the twin bed was big and good. There was one kind of bread for the morning service, the first day was a croissant and the first day was Mahin. It seems that I have to go early. It was a hotel I wanted to stay again.

Conveniently located between Tokyo Station and Tsukiji market. Room was average size for Tokyo. The added amenities like free coffee in the lounge and a gym was nice bonus. The lounge offers WiFi, free coffee/tea and even has a small fridge with canned beverages. The hotel bar was very underwhelming. We ordered two drinks at the bar off of the menu and the bartender was seen looking at the recipe book and scrambling to make our cocktails. Not sure if this person was the normal bartender or just covering. The drinks were not good and we got charged a 300 JPY cover charge per person for a very mediocre cocktail. Big complaint is that there is a very strange odor inside of the rooms. We could not figure it out but it was very strong and unpleasant. Based off of the smell alone, I would probably not stay here again.

Very pleasant hotel and a terrific location which is 2 min away from the Shimbashi station. There is a family mart about 20s walk and we love that after we exit Shimbashi, go to family mart buy drinks and head to the hotel within 5 min! Hotel lobby at level 2 is constantly warm. Hotel room is small and we need to be creative in the placement of our luggage on the sofa and the table yet leaving room for the 2 human to move around easily. The toilet door open outward which is a bummer because it takes up space. The bathroom is decent size where both of us can stand inside to do hair or makeup. Overall, this has been a good experience for the price. We stayed for 3 nights and for the price, definitely value for money.

2 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station, 1 floor is a very convenient location called convenience store. Despite this, the price of 5000 yen for a single night stay. (I don't use the go to campaign) How about comfort? The size is about the same as the average business hotel in Tokyo. The cleaning was well done and there were minimal amenities. The interior is not known whether it is a new building or a renovation, but it is new, so it is comfortable to use water around and air cleaners are installed. Bedding was also comfortable. As a new corona virus countermeasure, there is a virus guard at the front desk, and the payment is done by a dedicated machine, so there is no physical contact with the staff. It is a hotel that can be used cheaply and safely, so it is scheduled to be used next time.

The breakfast is very simple and average, but you can go out to eat. The location is good, the bed is big and comfortable, and the service attitude is very good. Standing at the elevator door and helping me press the elevator, the shampoo and conditioner are a bit poor, you can change to a better one , the room is small and only one suitcase can be placed in the ground floor

This was a decent stay in Tokyo Ginza area. We are a couple and stayed here for 5 nights. The location was superb being a few mins walk from Simbashi station and a little further from Ginza station. These 2 stations are super convenient. There’s a direct train from Simbashi station to Narita Airport. The service is typical Japanese. Very strict with the check in and out timings. Having said that, the staff allowed us to store our luggage so we could still do some last minute exploring.

This hotel is the best choice for participants in the Tokyo International Pavilion. In Shinbashi, you can take the seagull line directly to the pavilion. Surrounded around the area of the ginza corridor which is the area of loads of food stall, super easy accessibility to barneys ginza and other bigger high end brands too. After flying in from Australia and being picked up at the airport it was nice to go to the hotel and just relax for a bit . Really enjoyed the hot bath on the top floor, lovely hot water, one of the baths was open to the fresh air, lovely to get a fresh breeze on you while in the hot water . All your soap, shampoo, conditioner hair dryers are there for your use , used it morning and night . Everything is spotless and staff are good , The smorgasbord breakfast was first class, great variety and very fresh, we had to put on plastic gloves to serve are own food so the hotel are doing everything right to keep us safe , definitely would stay here again , it is close to the station which is important to us .

You can walk to Shinbashi Station in about 10 minutes. The bed and shower were clean and it was saved that there was a dressing room in the shower room. There is also a key locker. The dormitory itself is quite small, there is no place to spread the luggage. Also, the public space is only a small table in front of the elevator. I think you can spend comfortably if you have less luggage.
