The room was an end room and not as spacious as it appeared in the photos. Once the sofa bed was unfolded, there was barely any walking space left. However, this is quite understandable given the typical space constraints in Asakusa. On a positive note, the completely separate toilet, washbasin, and shower areas were excellent! A minor drawback was the lack of bedside power outlets. During my 5-day stay, towels were changed and trash emptied daily, and the bed was made on the third day. However, a significant issue was the dust on the headboard. It clearly hadn't been wiped clean, and I couldn't understand if it was never cleaned or if it had simply accumulated so much dust during my short stay, which was quite puzzling. Furthermore, every night around 10 PM, the air conditioner would emit a smoky smell, which would then dissipate after midnight. The air purifier filter also seemed neglected; when turned on, it emitted an unpleasant odor, and the humidifier's water tank was completely covered in limescale. I had originally intended to report these issues directly, but when I unintentionally saw a very elderly person doing the cleaning, I didn't have the heart to complain. I hope these points can be addressed and improved upon in the future.

The hotel's location is quite good; it gets very quiet at night, away from the bustling city center. It's a three-minute walk from Tsukiji subway station, and just two stops from Ginza, making it very convenient for getting around. The front desk even has staff who speak Chinese. The room itself was clean and tidy, and the bathroom featured a separate wet and dry area. You can pick up complimentary skincare samples in the lobby on the first floor. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, so finding food is easy.

The room was advertised 21m2 however turned out it was a very tiny room, i could not fully open my luggage. Anw i understand the standard of Japan hotel room size. But the hotel we stayed in Osaka was advertised 18m2 and the room was far more spacious, we could fully open all 4 luggages without any issues. And also we came while it was raining like pouring outside, and we kindly asked if we could check in early. The lady at the reception, was nice tho, at first she said the room was not ready yet. Then requested 2000yen to check in early as per their policy, so that we could check in 2 hour early. I get its their policy, and it was only 2000yen. But not that we came at 8am requesting to check in, it was only 2 hours until 3pm. and it was raining heavily outside. Otherwise we would have wander around until 3pm. I have stayed at other 3 hotels from osaka, kyoto, and hakone during that trip, we all arrived early and they offered check in early without us asking and without charging us any extra fee. And the hotel does not have a lobby or couch/sofas for guests, there are only 2 small armchairs, which is abit convenient if there is more than 2 guests need to sit down to wait or rest
