I have stayed in this hotel twice. I chose a double room when traveling with my daughter. Although the room is small, it is very clean and has a separate bathroom for taking a bath. Breakfast includes relatively simple Japanese food such as rice and miso soup, and coffee is provided until ten o'clock. There are many restaurants not far from the hotel with rich choices. Not far away there is a bamboo forest park and a clear river, which is a good place for walking and sightseeing.

It is located along a thin minor road from Asahi station on the TOBU Tojo line for about 5 minutes. It is close to the station but the surrounding is in a quiet location. Because there is no parking lot, in the case of car use, the parking lot will be stopped at the coin parking around. The lobby is narrow and there is a front desk immediately after entering the door. The front desk was a good impression. It is like a national hotel chain, and it is possible to use it with peace of mind without being insufficient as a business hotel. I think it is good as an option if it is not used by car around Asaka station.

The grandfather at the front desk of the hotel has a very good attitude. The breakfast is simple, only a few breads, but they are all made. The whole hotel will have the smell of bread. The hotel is a bit old, a little old, but the health is neat. It is convenient to walk 10 minutes from the station nearby.

Small single room, one-piece bathroom space is very small, wash the face water is easy to sprinkle the basin, the room air is not very good, sleep for one night nose allergy.

It takes only a few minutes from Yiqiao Academy Station to the hotel. The environment is quiet, the waiters are very courteous, the rooms are clean and there is wifi. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no elevator and you have to go up the stairs!

A few minutes walk from Kita Asaka station and Asakadai station. There are also restaurants that support take-out such as Matsuya, Matsunoya and McDonald's. There is also a family restaurant under the hotel. I think the room and service are usually good. It was a room on the Musashino line side. Even in the middle of the night, the freight train runs, so I can hear a little sound. On weekdays, during the morning rush hour, you can hear a little announcement on the microphone in the station premises in the room, so if you are sensitive to such a little sound, the room on the Musashino line may be difficult.

The cooling/heating in the room is not very controlled, and there is a smell in the corridor of the room. However, it is in an excellent location. There are everything around, including convenience stores, supermarkets, restaurants, department stores, stations...there are many parking lots around. There are hotels, but they can only park small cars. If given the chance, I would still choose this hotel.

首都圏観光の際、大人2人と幼児（４歳、２歳）の計４人でツインルーム（24.2m2）利用しました。 　室内については、当初4人では狭いかなと想定していましたが、洗面場所とベットルームの間の壁がなく開放的で、実際の平米より広く感じました（必要な時には仕切れるようロールスクリーンがうまく活用されていました）。 　また、部屋全体に清潔感があり、快適に過ごせました。バストイレ別なのも良かったです。 　部屋のカードキーが２枚いただけ、ホテル周辺へ出掛ける際も不便なく過ごせました。 　フロントにコーヒーの無料サービスがあり、朝食も美味しく大変満足できました。 　ホテル周辺には、食事処が沢山あり、ファミレス、コンビニ、ドラッグストア、アミューズメント施設（カラオケ・ビリヤード）等、一通り揃っています。ホテルの建物は複合施設となっていて1〜3Fに衣料品やレストランなどショップがあり、買い物も便利です。 　アクセス性については、地下鉄有楽町線の始発駅に直結しており、都内各所への利便性が良いです。豊洲など臨海副都心へ一本で行けるところも魅力的だと思いました。 　このホテルを選んで良かったです。また利用したいと思います。

From the room, I saw a bus stop, and the special bus of the University stopped at Musashi Sakai station, so I left the hotel window to see the people starting to line up on the special bus. There were also desks, air cleaners, pants pressers, which were sufficient for work and learning. I was sorry that there was no coffee, but I bought it at the cafe adjacent to the cafe and drank delicious coffee, and I thought this was good. I wonder if there was no charger. Dryer is no problem. Also, because of the stay at the examination, I was able to add a message to the rhythm ２ kit cut 4 cherry blossoms 2 cherry blossoms (water ２ books). Although it is a business hotel, I was surprised at the very warm response. The front desk was very kind. On this day, it seemed that not only the university entrance examination but also the junior high school entrance examination stayed, and the price was usually higher than 々.
