Lotte City Hotel Hotels in Tokyo

Location of hotel is excellent. 3 mins walk from Kinshicho Station. Direct link to Narita. With many malls and eateries all around. I have attached a photo of the view from my room. We stayed one week at the hotel. My friend and I each have our own room and the room facilities and beds are great. We are also very happy with the pricing. Check-in and check-out were also very easy. We will definitely return again. One thing that is lacking: supply of drinking water. The hotel has a very very strict rule of only allocating one bottle of water per person per day. When when we approached the lobby staff to ask for more, one lady staff refused to our request outright. As we booked the club level rooms, we were given access to the club room lounge located on lobby level. Club lounge is small, no comfortable seats; not for long seating and chatting. More like a truck-stop for drinks. Offers only very basic facilities: coffee, tea, small package drinks, basic cookies and cakes. Alcohol and wine were available with tokens. As we do not drink wine or alcohol, we had asked whether we can exchange the tokens for water. Again the lady staff totally refused and she was not even apologetic. We were treated almost like asking for charity. This is only one staff. The rest of the staff were the usual high standard service we find in Japan. So we had to buy drinking water. We returned all the un-used token on our final evening at the hotel and spoke with the manager. He was most apologetic and promised to review the water policy.
