We arrived at midmorning and the staff are wonderful. Allowing us to check in early, a little bit tricky getting from the airport. We thought there was a shuttle, but apparently they don’t pick up in the morning. We worked it out though, The staff were amazing couldn’t be more helpful the room was very comfortable, we have stayed in many hotels in Japan, and overall the rooms are quite small. This one was a reasonable size by that standard. The restaurant food was excellent and we have to mention one particular staff member really took care of us. His name is “Manan “ the location is not as close to the airport as we had hoped, but I was still close enough to be convenient and we will stay there again. Thanks again to all the wonderful staff it’s you that makes us want to come back because you make us feel valued

Good location as just 6 minutes walk from the Shimbashi Station. Newly renovated in Dec 2023 so all the facilities are brand new. The staff members at the reception counter are nice and willing to help, and speak fluent English and Japanese. The corridor of the typical floors are too dim and it may not be suitable for someone with poor eyesight. Others are fine in general.

Cozy room for 2, and very near to Ginza subway. Loved that Itoya was just around the corner, and Starbucks Reserve was across the road. Had a very comfy stay and because our stay stretched into the New Year, the hotel actually gave us new year cookies which was a nice touch.
