The location is fantastic! It's just a short walk from Ikebukuro Station, and the surrounding area has absolutely everything you could need, making it extremely convenient. All in all, it's a great place! We found it convenient, comfortable, and were completely satisfied.

The location of the hotel suited our needs well, as the subway station was almost around the corner. We are friends of sustainable development, and the hotel's option for ecological cleaning was also our choice. The room was clean and small. We would have expected that there would have been a wardrobe when we stayed for well over a week. A positive surprise was the spa downstairs, where we went almost every night to wash up after the day's walks. The hotel staff was very friendly and took care of all our needs. We happily recommend the hotel to Tokyo travelers!

Overall our 3 nights’ stay is not as satisfactory as other hotels that I have stayed in Tokyo… 1. We requested for normal cleaning but yet they did not make our beds after the first night. We called them to feedback n yet they insisted to come up to the room and check! Are they implying we lied?😞 2. After the second night, the housekeeping forgot to wash the cups n left a cleaning towel in the room😣 3. The access cards did not work after the first day.. they have to be reactivated

In mid-January, I arrived at Haneda Airport at 10:45, got my luggage at 11:30, and headed straight to the subway to catch the last train. I booked the hotel after I got on the train. I was in time. (Because I didn't know whether I could catch the last train, I didn't book it.) It was already 12:00 in the morning when I got off Kamata Station. There was almost no one on the street. It took about 10 minutes to walk from the station to the hotel. The road was not difficult to walk. It was no problem for me to carry a big suitcase by myself. Someone opened the door when I rang the doorbell at the hotel. A very gentle lady at the front desk greeted me. The room was not big, and one person could open one suitcase. There was a convenience store across the street downstairs from the hotel, which was very convenient. The hot spring can be used until 2 am. The breakfast was a surprise and very good. I will stay here again next time!

The room is comfortable, and there's a convenience store next door on the first floor, which is convenient. There's a women-only relaxation room with three massage chairs, and stylish shampoo and conditioner that you can take home to your room, so I'm looking forward to staying here. I'm also looking forward to the morning buffet.

The hotel's service was excellent and very friendly. Since we were staying for 5 consecutive days, the hotel took the initiative to arrange the quietest room for us. The room is well-equipped and very comfortable. I soaked in the bathtub twice and left the toilet door open so I could watch TV. The bed was very comfortable with 2 pillows of different firmness and softness. There is a small coffee table, which makes it convenient to buy food and eat in the room. The hotel is in a great location, just 6 minutes walk to J R Oimachi Station, and there are 2 convenience stores on the way. There are many delicious foods and drinks in the Hankyu Food Mart next to the station, and there are also many delicious foods around the station. The accommodation fee is cheaper than hotels around Oimachi, and the value for money is high. I will stay here again next time I come, it's my treasure hotel.
