Our room is just enough for the two of us with only 1 luggage and 1 hand carry luggage. Im surprised that they provide not only the bath essentials but also pajamas and top, which is very convenient. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is also accessible to all train stations, walkable to the Skytree. A lot of convenience stores and restaurant nearby. Another perk for staying in this hotel is the luggage storage.
Great Stay in Odaiba – Highly Recommended!
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. Having a Lawson convenience store right inside the building was super convenient.
The service was friendly and professional, and getting around was easy — there's an airport bus available, which made arrival and departure stress-free.
If you're planning to stay in the Odaiba area, I definitely recommend this hotel. Great location, great service, and everything you need in one place!

Abit old but overall spacious for solo and even couples. Very comfortable and literally next to the metro. Staff was nice and allowed storage of luggage on check-out day. Amenities like cotton buds and cotton pads, were also provided and can be taken at lobby.

The room was clean. It is small, but this is common in Japan. It is conveniently located near subway stations and convenience stores. The only area for improvement would be the breakfast: it is not very healthy. They could add options with fruit (even just a banana, which is easy to eat) and plant-based drinks. All the current options include processed bread or croissants, so what can someone who is gluten intolerant eat?
I went with my daughter on a trip to Tokyo. I let her book the hotels, and she chose this one for our second night. She accidentally picked the one-bed option, but it was big enough for both of us to get a good night’s sleep without bothering each other.
The room itself was small, but it had everything you needed. The toilet has an automatic flush that goes off when you sit down, so if you go in the middle of the night, it might startle you a bit!
The lobby had pajamas, toothbrushes, face wash, face masks, hair masks (really good ones), and lots of other small amenities you might need. Oh and some REALLY good tea.
The location is great—close to many spots and near the subway, which made it easy to get around. The Imperial Palace was just a short walk away.
The AC worked well, and honestly, I have no complaints.
I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast option—it’s basically just different types of bread, so we ended up going to nearby shops and picking out what we wanted instead.
The staff was friendly, and I really enjoyed my stay here.

Whenever I'm in Tokyo for work, this is my go-to hotel. It's incredibly convenient for transportation, being very close to both the Yamanote Line and the subway. Keisei Ueno Station is just a short walk away, making access to Narita Airport quick and easy. I've stayed in a few different rooms here, and I still prefer the ones where the air conditioning doesn't blow directly onto the bed.

Main entrance was just off the main road so easy to miss if you are there for the first time. Located near the metro station which makes connecting to other places very convenient. Rooms are small as usual but practical and definitely enough space for 1. Microwave available too which is very important.
It's very small. it's suit for 1 person 😂 very very very near to metro station (toyocho sta.) ห้องไม่ค่อยเก็บเสียง นี่ได้ยินเสียงกรนห้องข้างๆด้วยอะ สะอาด มีamenityให้หยิบที่ล็อบบี้ มีพนง.ถึงตีหนึ่ง หลังจากนั้นมีตู้ kiosk check-in/check-out ออกเอง สะดวกมากๆ รอบๆก็สงบ มีร้านอาหาร/lawson/family mart/yamazaki/matsukiyoใกล้ๆ ดีดีดี

Great option hotel in Tokio. The hotel is really clean plus their amenities/toiletries are very convenient and well chosen. Room was clean, and enough for 2 nights.
Located in Ginza, with plenty of food options and overall stores.
Service is really kind, people is helpful. Always a happy face.
You need to walk a little to the get to the metro stations nearby.
The hotel boasts an excellent location, conveniently close to both Daimon and Hamamatsucho stations, making it incredibly easy to reach popular shopping districts and Haneda Airport. The area around the hotel offers a wide array of dining options; while some restaurants might be closed on Sundays, there are plenty of choices during weekdays. You'll find numerous fast-food chains like McDonald's and Matsuya, as well as many convenience stores. Several shrines are also within walking distance, and Tokyo Tower is just a stone's throw away.
The hotel is well-appointed with good facilities. The rooms, though compact, are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. On the first floor, guests can find complimentary amenities such as various makeup removers, skincare samples, and facial masks. The second floor houses a self-service laundry facility (wash and dry cycle for 400 yen), and an ice machine and microwave are also available on the same floor.
Overall, I had a very positive experience.

OOngkyDarmawanBooked and stayed 8 nights, what I can tell you is the location is perfect and close to restaurants, convenient store and train station.
the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel.
Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that.
Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it.
Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

GGuest UserFor its price point in Tokyo, this place offers absolutely incredible value. It's spotlessly clean and very tidy. Though compact, it's perfectly equipped with everything you could need. They also provide a fantastic self-service bar offering various complimentary items like facial masks, makeup remover, toner, and lotion, all of which are surprisingly good quality. The surrounding area feels very safe as well.
KKathrineKudos to Sotetsu company for keeping up with their service. this is our second time staying in one of their hotels and will look forward to staying again. Very clean hotel, offers amenities (personal care) availability of laundry area is a plus. I hope they keep it up
GGuest UserThe room was a bit small, but spotlessly clean. What really impressed me was a young, handsome, and charming male staff member who assisted me at check-in. After checking my passport, he first asked if I was Ms. X, to which I replied yes. He then asked me which language I'd prefer to communicate in: Chinese, English, or Japanese. He was incredibly polite and made me feel very comfortable. Later, whenever I ran into him outside, he would greet me in Chinese. Fantastic service! Once, I forgot my room key when heading out, and a kind lady at the front desk patiently accompanied me upstairs to retrieve it.
Mmiyuki24The location is excellent – convenient for transportation, shopping, and even just a stroll. It's also very close to my office, and the room size is quite good. Breakfast offered three options. I was particularly impressed that the Japanese breakfast was served very quickly this time. This is a noticeable improvement compared to last year, which was a pleasant surprise and made me very satisfied!
EElena SamoilovaThe room is nice and spacious. The bed is big. Everything is clean. The location is great, there is a metro, cafes, shops nearby.
Of the minuses, the windows do not open and the air conditioner did not work, which is why the room was terribly stuffy.
