Overall, it's roughly on par with an Atour Hotel in China. The breakfast selection was very limited; I could barely get a full meal, as it mostly consisted of watery dishes, pickles, and plain white rice. Cleanliness was just average; upon entering the room, I immediately noticed stains in the toilet. The only real positive was the washing machine – it was convenient for a multi-day stay, and the clothes came out nice and soft. However, the bedding was awful. The duvet had a peculiar, unpleasant odor (almost like saliva) and was pilling. I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Body lotion was not provided. While a hairdryer and basic toiletries were available, they were nothing special, and there certainly wasn't anything high-end like a Refa beauty device. The location was actually quite mediocre. It took a full 17-minute walk to Shinjuku's main station, which was quite inconvenient!

Location is close to Yotsuya train station around 300m, so just a couple of minutes walk away, but quite far away from most tourism spots in Tokyo. There is a convenience store located next door which was handy for any late night snacks! The room was quite small, but the comfortable bed and pillows made up for it. The room came equipped with a washing machine, kettle, microwave, hot plate and hair dryer. It was exceptionally clean and bathroom and was perfect for the purpose of the trip, with high pressure water in the shower. I did have to pay extra for early check-in even though the hotel appeared to be very quiet - around $10au per hour but overall can’t complain.

Shibuya stay was a refreshing change from My life. Being able to walk to any meal was amazing. Close enough to take to trying as well if I needed to go further. There are several photo ops for those that would like the socials. The coup de grace for me is the washer and dryer in the room. 10/10 would recommend and stay again.

Here for 7 nights and had a great stay. The room is specious enough for 2, beds are comfy and clean. Hotel is located around 3-5mins away from the nearest metro! There is also family mart and Lawson around the corner. Will stay here again if I visit Tokyo again!

Hotel is well located, few minutes walking from metro station. The room was tiny but ok for 2. The plus side is having a washing machine, a microwave and a big fridge with freezer in the room. The down side is the breakfast: choice is limited and the breakfast has to be eaten in the room

Need a place near to Shinjuku station area but i can't find anything with reasonable pricing. This place seems ok, not too far, about 2 station away from Shinjuku station, so i book it. The room is ”NORMAL” size in Tokyo, 13m. So for larger size people or with more then 1 big luggage good luck to you. you have to sort out where should your luggage be and where should you be or how to move around.  The hotel does not provide room make up services, they will throw the trash or replace towel. But you need to indicate on your door which you need. Over all, good enough to sleep, not much of  space you can talk about. The plus point is the washing machine+dryer in the room, that help me to wash all my dirty clothes so that i can move on to the next place with clean cloths. Coffee and tea bag are at the lobby. toiletries are also at the lobby that you take what's needed.  guess that's how japanese hotel are

This is actually an extremely well located hotel because the entrance to the metro (A7, Sengakuji) along the Keikyu/Asakusa line is actually just 150/200m around the corner and that brings you direct to/from Haneda! We got to the Haneda literally in 18mins on the Limited Express (slightly longer depending on the actual service but even the Local is under half an hour)! Rooms were clean and well equipped with a washing machine! Staff was friendly and they were actually the ones who gave me the directions and best timing for the Haneda train. Do note if you arrive at Shinagawa JR, you should just take the Metro one stop to A7. We didn't realize this coming in by shinkansen and eventually ended up cabbing. Highly recommended if you want a convenient location get to and from Haneda. Nothing much near the hotel itself in terms of food etc but again the metro is just so conveniently located!

Staying at Tokyu Stay Shinjuku is like a boxer practicing butterfly steps—light on its feet, balanced, but never too flashy. The location is great: central, convenient, close to the action. The room hits clean like a well-timed jab—simple, functional, and quiet. But not every punch lands. Not all rooms come with a washing machine, which feels like a missed beat for a hotel that brands itself on long stays. Service is polite but distant, like a sparring partner who won’t commit. You get what you need, but not more. It’s good for a night or two in the ring, but maybe not the full twelve rounds.

TTumi_Love the studio type room. Bed was comfy. Hotel surroundings is peaceful hidden from the buzz of the city. Just 5 mins walk from Yutenji Station. Great location generally. Lawson, 7-Eleven, supermarket, pharmacy, clinic and restaurants are all within 200m radius. Even McDonald’s and Starbucks which I only found out on our last day. 😂 Recommended just because of the location.

TTiyuanI recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience. Its convenient location near the train station made getting around a breeze. The room was well-equipped, although there was a faint musty odor emanating from somewhere—I couldn’t pinpoint the source, but it didn’t detract from my overall stay. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Given the chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again.

BBoksterTokyo Stay Nihombashi is conveniently located. A short walk (250m) from JO20 - Shin-Nihombashi Station on the Sobu train line and within 10min walk to Mitsukyoshimae and Kanda stations where one can hop on the Ginza metro line. Room size is decent for the price. Meant for short term stays, room is equipped with TV, fridge, microwave oven and even a full size washing machine! While hotel is next to an elevated freeway, room I was allocated on the 8F was quiet and peaceful at night.

GGuest UserThe rooms are not clean - after checked in I found hair and a crawling ant on the pillow, and was changed to another room. However, I can find hair on the bed and bathroom, which indicates the rooms are not properly cleaned… the hotel apologized and offered a 1000 yen coupon, but still the overall experience was not good..

OOSRRGood location. Right next to Asakusa line, and close to JR station too. Staff are friendly and easy to communicate. Room is clean, space is decent, not big but its already slightly bigger than most hotel room in Tokyo. Pretty easy to get in/ from if you are using Haneda airport. There's some local restaurant around, you just have to walk around and find them. Gotanda is not a typical tourist concentrate/ busy area like Shinjuku, or Shibuya, you cannot expect the same. I like this hotel and I also like the location.
