I rate this hotel as a three star but know that it has very good parts and not so good. Let’s start with the pros: Clean, modern, great fitness center (this is atop an athletic club). Both breakfast and lunch menus and food were good, healthy options. Bar has a sufficient choice for everyone. It was wintertime so we didn’t use the outdoor pool, but I suspect it is fun. While not in a tourist area, it is in a good location if you need to stop by a store to pick up something you need or forgot. Staff were friendly without exception. Rooms have ample space and everything you need. The rate is reasonable too, even with the $25 daily resort fee. In room coffee was good too and there is a small refrigerator. The cons: not a place for rest or quiet. The beds are very firm, too firm really to feel comfortable. I found myself tossing around quite a bit. On our first night, we awoke at 3 am hearing the workout room below. Someone was really jamming and they no doubt had a good session. It was loud enough that I could recognize each set. I mentioned it to management the next morning and it didn’t happen again. The gym is closed until 5 am so it was odd. Other reviews note this and I know that we were not dreaming. You can hear a lot of noise between rooms as there isn’t much acoustic dampening, but our neighbors were quiet once they got settled. Our friends stayed on the 5th floor, one floor up from us. They didn’t have the noise problem. Maybe you want to ask for a room on floor 5.

My stay experience was very good. First of all, it takes about an hour to pass from Narita Airport. From the airport 👉 Nippori 👉 Ikebukuro 👉 Bei Akaba. It takes seven or eight minutes to walk from the station to the room, and two slopes are climbed on the way. Three convenience stores and a supermarket will be passed along the way. There is also a larger supermarket in the square of the station, but you can't use Alipay and WeChat to pay attention. Because this time I came by car, I took a fancy to the size of this house! From the perspective of the week of staying, the experience was really good. I entertained Japanese friends for two consecutive days to eat hahaha. And the room was very clean and very thoughtful, the washing machine dishwasher and a variety of tea sets. There are also four bottles of fruit wine in the refrigerator. The fly in the ointment is that there is no hot water in the washbasin, and it is still a bit cold during the winter. In addition, I live alone. There is a bathroom that has little impact, but if the western-style and Japanese-style rooms are full of people, it is estimated that there will be conflict in the use of the bathroom and toilet. Personally feel that a family of three travels, this room is just right. Of course I live alone and I am not too big... (̀⌄ ́) The garden on the top floor has not been there. This portable hotel does not include breakfast, but there are two supermarkets around, and two 7-11, a family, and small restaurants around 5pm to eat. Generally speaking, it is more convenient. The staff changes the garbage bags every day. I think it ’s good. For me who traveled alone for half a month, it ’s quite economical in Japan, a place full of money!

ＪＲ From Akabane Station, walk about ５ and head to the busy downtown until midnight. We were able to take over monorail and ＪＲ from Haneda Airport, but it may be possible to come by airport bus. We used a double room but it is clean and has ample size. The hotel in the Toyoko Inn chain is also devised to make it easy to put luggage. It was good that breakfast was devised with few types.

I used it for the first time. About 10 minutes walk from the east exit of Akabane Station to Akabane Ichibancho shopping street. The mouth is narrow and chic, so I will pass by without thinking. When you enter, it is a hotel with a slightly dark but calm impression. There is no facilities in the public bath, but the room and bathtub are large and relaxing. Overall, the room is dark, so I think it would be better to borrow a table light for front lending if you work. I couldn't see the view at all, but it was very good with a feeling of sighing. Breakfast is also quite hard! It was very helpful from 6:30. I will use it again!

I stayed around Akabane station many times, but it was the best in the vicinity of the station, cleanliness and staff response. The room was beautiful because it was only new. The staff was also kind and polite, and the morning greeting was refreshing. It was a stay with a breakfast plan, so if you look forward to it, the side dishes are Japanese style selection method the previous night and order Japanese food. I'm sorry I wanted to have a little western food. The amount of water in the shower is good, and the mist and massage shower are one lever. I want to stay again, but if you can increase the choice of breakfast, it will be full.
