Friendly and very helpful staff during the whole stay. Convenient location and the staff suggested a couple of close by restaurants. Would recommend and stay again.

La habitación limpia, el hotel muy buena ubicación, sin recepción pero con muy buen acceso, parking cerca. No le he puesto un cinco porque el tubo de gel de ducha es muy pequeño y no da para una ducha de dos personas. Me tocó la planta baja y oía todo lo que pasaba por la calle.

The room was clean , nicely decorated, close to cafes and restaurants and within walking distance to major attractions. Our room was facing a busy street sometimes it would get loud late at night . However it’s located in a nice area .

Su ubicación es su gran fuerte (todo la zona monumental está alrededor del hotel) y su gran problema (acceso en coche imposible hasta para carga y descarga, y algún ruido que se cuela de la calle. El hotel es cómodo, acogedor y limpio. La pena es que no exista recepción 24h, aún así atentos de llegadas y salidas de clientes.

Checkin very smooth , as was check out , nice location near the cathedral in the old town, room lovely and clean , fresh towels and toiletries, great value for money.
