Newer hotel with large room sizes. Located just outside of the main old town tourist area in the old Jewish area of Toledo, so away from the tourist crowds but still just a few minutes walking from anywhere in the old town. Very tranquil setting next to a park. I would definitely visit this hotel again!

Fabulous property / excellent location / lovely rooms / friendly staff / extremely helpful front desk. Clean, tasteful and conveniently located. Breakfast is a bit 'standard'. Underground parking is a major plus. Best property after the 'Parador' ... doesn't have its views but its central location more than makes up for it.

The hotel was very well situated. The room was large. The restaurant had good food and a nice staff receptionist presented at check-in a document to be signed without giving an appropriate explanation We were given a room with 2 single beds i/o one double bed.

The staff was super friendly and the service in the restaurant was fantastic. Breakfast had a good selection with the freshest of fruits and a generous egg and cheese selection. Dinner was of high quality - very tasty - and the prices were ok. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Beautiful Medieval restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing is that we booked for a double room and got 2 single beds and the beds were wobbly. When we went to complain we were told that there is nothing they can do about it.
We complained the second time and they moved us to a slightly less wobbly bed, but still 2 single beds. They should really pay more attention to this as people’s expectations should be met if they are booking for a certain things.
Other than this the hotel was lovely.
