This hotel is an absolute delight. It is immaculate, beautifully decorated, and very well located. actually if you’re coming from the train station it’s very near the escalators that take you up about eight stories, saving you the stairs. that alone makes it perfect for me. It looks like it was just renovated, and had very good air conditioning. The breakfast buffet was excellent and well priced. And the staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend it!

Thank you so much! My youngest daughter lost her glasses, and when I contacted the front desk staff, they were very kind and helped me mail them to another hotel. They also helped me contact the other hotel to sign the 'ya' (we don't understand Spanish).

I went with my son and the location was really good..
The parking lot was far so I left my luggage and parked, and it was more expensive than the parking fee that was listed..I think it would be good if they posted it properly.
Breakfast was not as good as I thought for the price..It would have been better to eat outside.

체크인 해주셨던 분 너무 감사드립니다. 체크인, 주차 등에 대해서 자세히 가르쳐주셨어요.
주차는 유료도 있고 무료도 있다는데, 유료가 더 가깝대서 그냥 유료 했어요.
주차비 1박에 13.5유로인가 그랬습니다. 자리는 넉넉한데, 드나드는 방법이 살짝 복잡? 합니다.
오래된 느낌은 좀 드는 호텔이에요.
트윈베드방을 배정받았는데, 각 침대가 바퀴가 달려있어서 침대가 움직여서 그건 불편했습니다.

Situated about 50 metres from Puerta Sol & the start of the old city, this was perfect. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast buffet amazing & the lady running breakfast (& the cleaning staff) an angel. They have access to a great quality, secure parking station about 200m away, a pub next door, a few nearby cafes & their own bar. The mezquita del Cristo Rey is literally up above the hotel & the main Zocodover Plaza 5 minutes walk. Perfect.
