The staff at check-in and check-out were kind and friendly. The breakfast at the restaurant was simple with bread and coffee, but the croissants were delicious!

The room was clean and I was satisfied with the water pressure of the shower and the strength of the hair dryer. I think this is a recommended hotel when staying while sightseeing in Toledo. Also, there are restaurants and shops nearby, so it's very convenient.

Hard to find a negative here. Welcomed by enthusisastic front desk with lots of information about Toledo. Old building but modern inside, everything perfect from the king size bed, great bedding, good bathroom and lots of amenities. Location steps from the main square but so quiet. Walkabe from station depending on luggage in less than 30 minutes with great views along the way. Highly recommend. Everything just like the photos. Phone app room entry option so you never have to search for your room key. Only negative is many rooms like mine face the inner courtyard with no external view. You may like to request external view if that is important to you

Excelente, lo mejor de la visita a Toledo. Super limpio, buen trato, buen desayuno, tranquilo, cama grande y cómoda y ubicación en todo el centro. Precio acorde con lo que te encuentras en Toledo. Si todos los hoteles fuesen como este ya firmaba. Seguid así y no os confiéis....

Very Clean Hotel - Room almost inside the bar My room was ok, furniture was good, bath was very clean, the only thing was the location of the room: The entry door of the room was located directly next to the bar they have. I mean like two meters. The was was very dark too, situated in the basement, with wooden shutters. Opening meant that all kind of folks could look right into you room This did not give me any kind of feeling in terms of privacy Brakfast was ok, very spanish

Such a warm welcome on arrival. The bedroom was perfect we had an amazing bed with beautiful linen and pillows so comfy. The bar and restaurant were suberb and all the staff were great. The location was so central that we could nip in and out of the hotel when we wanted. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
