Fui con mi pareja y nos encantó, es muy tranquilo y muy bonito por dentro. Eso si, no hay recepción, tienes que entrar con un código que envían al correo. En cuanto a la ubicación, pasa desapercibido pero caminando un poco llegas al centro de Toledo. Repetiremos sin duda.

Muy mal ubicado. Sabiamos que no habia desayuno, lo que no sabiamos es que no hay ningun sitio cerca para desayunar. Tampoco sabiamos que no habia recepcion, se entra al hotel con un codigo pero la puerta esta abierta y entras sin codigo. La unica propaganda que hay a la entrada es de una consigna para dejar maletas😳😳😳😳😳😳😳pero ni un plano de la ciudad. Llamamos para preguntar al hotel donde desayunar y nos dijeron que miraramos en google que nos informaria🤦♀️. La habitacion es pequeña y el baño sun mas. La decoración mona con poco dinero, en definitiva una casa de pueblo a la que le han sacado partido pero a la que nosotros no volveriamos.

Cet hôtel doit absolument être évité en hiver car le chauffage ne fonctionne pas correctement.
La direction de l'hôtel, qui n'est d'ailleurs pas sur place, à refuser de nous fournir une couverture supplémentaire.
J'ai demandé à d'autres clients qui m'ont dit avoir le même problème de chauffage.

Por poner una pega... no tiene un sitio para guardar la maleta y la calefacción (que funciona de lujo) al ser por aire hace un poco de ruido... perp vamos, por poner pegas. El sitio está genial

The hotel is beautiful inside and very cozy. I liked it a lot in that sense. However, there was a pit smell in the reception area which was not comfortable. Additionally, you can hear other guests through the walls. Overall it was a good experience because the hotel looks really nice. However, I would explore other options next time.

Réserve sur Booking avec une chambre à deux lits et surprise, sur place un lit et aucune solution autre que l’annulation. Comme la chambre n’est pas remboursable, je me retrouve à payer 2 fois. Je déconseille, pas aimable et aucune considération pour les clients.

Precioso, nuevo, limpio y bastante bien de precio comparado con la oferta de alojamiento en Toledo. No hay recepción pero existe un número de teléfono al que llamar y desde el que atienden eficazmente. La persona que se encarga de la limpieza también es muy atenta y solicita. LO RECOMIENDO.
