The hotel is a bit old, but the location is very good. It's just a few steps to the beach. The town is quiet and comfortable.

A family run hotel with wonderful attentive staff. Our room had a sea view that couldn’t be better and all that we needed. Good beds, good cleaning and a nice breakfast with fresh orange juice. The dining area outside had the same nice sea view and we had buffe dinners in the evenings. There was a pool which was fresh and the sea was a min walk downhill. A hotel I want to return to some day!

Nice alternative to Nafplio. The rooms are clean and spacious but be careful, the swimming pool is in the shade most of the time.
Good varied breakfast and very pleasant staff. Parking available but a hassle to get to the hotel due to the streets of Tolo.

Everything and everyone from the start to the end was friendly courteous and made us feel welcome. The location is convenient although a bit trick to get in if you are not an experienced driver in narrow windy hilly Greece roads. The views from the property are beautiful! I would highly recommend.

we stayed at this hotel from 13th to 20th of August 2023. We liked the nice sea view, food was good. Breakfast and dinner outside with a very nice sea view. Very charming family hotel , we recommand it

After a slight hiccup with the reservation, the hotel went above and beyond our expectations and we ended up with a beautiful sea view room at their sister hotel the Dolphin and enjoyed a magnificent dinner on the beach. The hotel staff at John and George were fantastic and made sure that we were happy with the new arrangement! Can't say enough about the lady at the check in.

Het hotel was prima. Echt lekkere kamers met goede airco die weinig lawaai maakt. Elke ochtend goede kamerservice en hartelijkheid vanuit de gehele staf. De eerste avond op woensdag (we bleven twee nachten) kende ook Griekse live muziek. Die was uitstekend. Dansen mocht niet vanwege COVID maar wel kregen we enkele demo's te zien. Het was echt superleuk. Ook was er een avondbuffet met lekkere Griekse gerechten. Het ontbijt was ook heerlijk met de mogelijkheid om een echte Griekse koffie gemaakt te krijgen. Het meest blijft me bij dat de staf zo ontzettend vriendelijk was. In dit hotel komen diverse gasten al jaren. Ik zie dat de hotelleiding de diverse gasten heel goed kent en inspeelt op hun behoefte. Tolo zelf vind ik echt niets aan. Een lange straat met allerlei winkels en horeca, gericht op toerisme. Het strand is zeer smal. Dus boek dit stadje niet om een bounty ervaring te hebben.
