La atención del personal muy buena, comodidad muy regular falta dotación en la habitaciones, el hotel está muy descuidado le falta mantenimiento, se ve deteriorado, en la publicidad muestran fotos del edificio y habitaciones muy diferente q atraen pero al llegar al hotel es otra cosa diferente, la playa buena frente al hotel, parqueadero en pésimo estado hay una pared para caerse encima de los carros, el edificio en si es bn pero lo están dejando acabar, los salva la buena atención del personal y la playa privada.

Lo bueno del Hotel es la ubicación, y la amabilidad de algunos de los empleados del hotel. Lastimosamente el hotel está dejado, las habitaciones están mal iluminadas, las camas y muebles viejos, el baño muy regular, el ventilador hace más ruido de lo que enfría, el televisor antiquísimo; el aseo regular tanto en la habitación como en las zonas comunes.

Es increíble que al pedir un vaso de agua caliente en la mañana (6:40 am) te digan que no te la pueden dar … porque no es función de la persona darte agua caliente …. ( era para preparar un café instantáneo) El desayuno lo empiezan a servir desde las 8:00 am entonces las personas que salen temprano no pueden desayunar en el hotel (todos los días es el mismo desayuno) Adicionalmente las instalaciones están descuidadas y abandonadas y se nota que hace muchísimo tiempo no le hacen mantenimiento …. Ademas las camas son muy viejas y los colchones son supremamente incómodos ….. En conclusión aunque la ubicación es buena por su cercanía a la playa y al centro, siento que podrían haber opciones más recomendadas ….!
