Well the bed was comfortable but there was hair on the sheets on the bathroom floor the rest in the room well the breakfast they don't put refills so at 8 am there was nothing just leftovers the coffee is good the pool says open which they won't open because it had to chlorine I don't understand that no service room had garbage there I was not used to taking a look at the rooms my recommendation is better administration because it has a good location everything nearby improve a little thank you

I am a big fan of IHG hotels based on experience and the fact that our son works at one, which entitles us to a ”Friends & Family” rate. Because we frequently travel cross country, we've had our share of wins and clunkers. I was traveling solo this trip, and, after a very long day of driving, I can't tell you how nice it was to walk into the hotel and have Kenny greet me by name. I was a bit taken by surprise by that, and he explained that I was the last registered guest to check in that evening. My room keys were ready, and, along with the key packet, Kenny gave me a sheet listing the amenities and pertinent details. He didn't overwhelm me with details or questions, he was charming and funny - really just a super nice guy and the perfect person to welcome guests. My room was fabulous, very clean, spacious and new; having a welcome greeting on the TV as I walked into my room was a really nice touch. I felt extremely safe and didn't worry about a thing. Breakfast the next morning wasn't fancy, but it was all I needed to fuel me up for the day's drive. Everyone I encountered was really friendly and kind. The location is very convenient to the highway and there were plenty of places to either fuel up or grab something to eat on the road later. This will definitely go on our list of places we are happy to stay on our next trip.
