A jewel in the heart of a very rich historical town.
A short walk away from everything and all the historical sites in Tomar.
Friendly service and staff. Excellent, clean facility and easy (free) parking.
Very comfortable rooms.

The staff was very professional and pleasant. The rooms were dated but clean and comfortable. The view from our room was fantastic.
I am glad we came during the off season as we welcomed the quiet stay.

Never comeback to this hotel again!! I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but I'm extremely frustrated with their customer service. We checked into this hotel on the afternoon of May 13. Our room # was 408. When we returned after dinner, we discovered there was no internet signal in our room. We reported the issue to the front desk multiple times, they kept telling us they would send a technician to solve this problem in 15 mins. The reality was no one come to our room, and we didn't have internet access for our entire stay. The evening front desk guy, who is in his 40s, was very rude to me. He claimed "he can do nothing about it. He even said "you have internet access in the lobby, so you received internet service from hotel". The attitude on his face showed he didn't care about customer's problem. What kind of 4-star hotel is this? They don't even deserve 1 star.

Très bel hôtel 4 étoiles situation dans le centre de Tomar , à proximité du château et monastère compter 20 minutes de marche pour l'atteindre en petite grimpette tranquille... Très bon petit-déjeuner buffet dans une belle salle lumineuse Deux piscine intérieur et extérieur non chauffé Parking de l'hôtel sur place 5 € par jour

This hotel is amazing. It is huge , the grounds are fantastic. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms are large and have everything you need for a great experience. The hotel is situated where you are a short walk from everything. The breakfast has a great selection of foods to please and palate. I only wish we had stayed longer.
