It's nice that there's a door between the sleeping area and the room entrance. It blocks out hallway noise and makes the air conditioning work better. Also, since we checked in late and hadn't had dinner, the midnight noodles were a real treat.

Very close to Maebashi Station, the hotel itself is very satisfying overall. Especially the baths (hot spring, open-air, sauna) were very nice. There is also a sense of cleanliness. If I ever go to Maebashi, I would definitely use it again.

I really enjoyed my stay at this brand new hotel. Although it has been open for a couple of months, they have kept everything spotless. The lobby with open fire is beautiful and a comfortable area to have a drink and relax. The room itself was also incredibly clean and everything worked well including the WiFi. The hanten jackets were in the colours of the Ukranian flag which was a nice touch. The breakfast was good, as was the restaurant in the evening. The public bath was a nice place to soak after dinner. Service was good although it's clear the team was new and still training - I am sure this will change in time. Small criticim is there was no room service menu in the room. This was fine as it was on the TV but navigating to the menu needed Japanese skills. The architecture and general design is fantastic, as are the fittings and the carpets are just beautiful - same as all new IHG properties I think.

There are many business guests in this hotel, so the parking lot outside is full for a long time. We have to park a lot for two nights, but 200Yen one day, it is flat. After living, I like the Toyoko inn group. The room is very new and very bright and clean, but the air-conditioning in the room is a bit difficult to adjust. It is hot and frozen. Remember to take pajamas on the ground to keep warm, but the second night outside is not so cold. The window is just right, and the canal will spray. We checked out and found that the watch was missing. Although we could not go to the room again, the staff had a heart to help us find it twice and finally found it.
