"The staff 々 was able to spend a pleasant time with a smile.
In the shabu-shabu buffet of the meal, the delicious meat was all-you-can-eat and the family was very satisfied.
I was worried about some cleaning, but I think it's because I'm doing cleaning work, so the general public doesn't care.
Mt. Myogi seen from the window was nice and different depending on the time of day and the weather."

"It was a container house, but the inside was very beautiful, and there was a large refrigerator for the microwave oven and the hotel room, which was very nice! !!
There was a big basia in front of me, and I bought a lot of sake and snacks and was able to banquet in the room. It was just a double room, so it was a pity that there was only one chair because there was no service for twin rooms, tables and chairs."

"入口の解除キーのメールが送信してもらえていなかった。ドアノブに記載の携帯電話に連絡をしたが折り返しの電話があったのは4時間後…
今回は仲間が楽天トラベルの固定電話の連絡先を見つけて問い合わせをして、なんとか入口を開けることができたが、その連絡先がなければ4時間入れないで待たされるところだった。
今後は緊急連絡先に連絡した時に早く折り返ししてもらえるような対策をして欲しい。
そもそも入口の暗唱キーをちゃんと送ってきて欲しいです。
他のユーザーが同じ思いをしないように頑張ってください。

"Very clean, freezing refrigerator, microwave oven, shower water pressure is also the best!
7 〜 23 o'clock, you can drink coffee and have one cold lunch (I didn't eat it because I ate out this time).
It was also very convenient to be able to park the car right in front of me. I stayed at Tomioka Silk Mill in the morning, but it was comfortable because it was about 3 kilometers.
I have been taken care of by other R9 before, but other R has also been reserved. Thank you again!"

"I liked the hot springs and the view overlooking the river from my room, so it was my second stay. There are two large communal baths, １ floor and ２ floor, so you can enter slowly without getting crowded.
The room was large in a Japanese-style room with a bed and comfortable with a bath and toilet. However, I was worried that the flow of the toilet was weak.
Overall, I think the breakfast is delicious and this price is cheap.
It is a recommended inn for relay accommodation because it is close to Tomioka silk mill and Karuizawa is also close by 20 minutes by car."

"The staff are kind and courteous, the room is clean, the dinner and breakfast are very good, especially the tofu pot for breakfast. The outdoor hot spring is a bit small, but the heat is moderate"

"It feels like a hot spring inn that was once crowded.
There are few guests, so it is not crowded, but the room was large and warmed the room before the stay.
I think it is a little-known spot where you can relax in a single room with a large room with a sofa by 8 tatami mats plus windows."
