Not a good experience. Family trip booking while kids were on winter break. Pool was not heated. Shower doors in room did not function correctly half of the outlets did not work. Not enough towels. Room said sleeps 6. 3 towels is not enough. Thermostats need attention

The one bed had body hair all over the sheets when the comforter was rolled down. The shower had different types of hair on the floor but f the shower.

There was a youth hockey team a floor above us and the y were allowed to run around playing hockey in the hall and jumping around until. 11 pm and then the stared in again the next morning starting again at 6 am. Staff did nothing about it
