My shower floor was above the bathroom floor which was above the room floor. No drain outside the shower floor.
The room smeeled like a musty mess but I didn't realize why until the next morning after my personal flood.
Nobody must ever be put in the room. A total disgrace, frankly.

The HVAC system is strange. - either on or off. When it is on , it’s full blast and really drafty, when it is off, the room becomes stuffy.

We stay st this hotel every time we come to visit family in Tonawanda. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms can accommodate larger families.

The staff were very friendly. The rooms were not very clean. The toaster oven had greased caked on it, there was hair in the tub, the floors weren't very clean. But the buffet breakfast was amazing.

Really what was bad about the hotel was the pool, the water was definitely not clear and the tile around the top of the pool was gross, it really needs to be cleaned. Staff was super nice and helpful, but please clean your pool.
